Phillips will oversee the operational side of the resort, working in conjunction with Gary Randall, managing director of Blue Waters.
Commenting on his new appointment, Phillips said: “Over the duration of my career, I have been fortunate enough to work with some of the world’s finest brands and leading hotels.
“I have always had a passion for Antigua and so when I was presented with the opportunity to join the team at Blue Waters, I recognised this was going to be an opportunity of a lifetime.
“I am very excited about this new challenge and welcome the opportunity to extend my experience with Blue Waters, a truly world-class resort.”
